Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Spread half of the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Add a layer of mini marshmallows over the dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough over the marshmallows and gently spread to cover.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let the bars cool completely before slicing into 16 squares.
