Description

Spaghetti Tacos with Ground Beef are a fun and flavorful fusion of two classic comfort foods. Crispy taco shells are filled with savory spaghetti tossed in a meaty marinara sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Perfect for family dinners or parties.

Ingredients

8 hard taco shells

8 oz (225 g) spaghetti

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce until well coated.
  6. Warm the taco shells according to package directions.
  7. Fill each taco shell with the spaghetti and beef mixture, top with shredded mozzarella, and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Swap ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.

Add sautéed veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra nutrition.

Use plant-based meat for a vegetarian option.

Store spaghetti mixture separately to prevent soggy taco shells.

Warm taco shells in the oven before filling to prevent cracking.
