Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Treats are a delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, creating a sweet, refreshing dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. The crunchy graham cracker base pairs perfectly with the smooth, rich filling, making each bite a heavenly treat.

Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir the mixture until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups or a small tart pan to form the crust and set it aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crusts, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Top the treats with chopped fresh strawberries and drizzle a little honey on top for added sweetness.
  7. Refrigerate the treats for at least 2 hours, or until set. Once chilled, they’re ready to serve!

Notes

You can swap strawberries for other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for a different flavor.

If you prefer a citrusy twist, you can add lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture.

For a richer treat, drizzle chocolate sauce on top or add chocolate shavings to the strawberries.

For a healthier version, substitute honey with agave or maple syrup and use reduced-fat cream cheese.

Store the treats in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep them covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container.
