Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
