Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz sour cream
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1/3 cup salsa (taco or picante sauce)
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced (to taste)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, chicken, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat, then spread 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture evenly over the surface.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly and place on a plate. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Slice off the ends and cut the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve on a platter, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
Notes
Make ahead: These can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
Spice it up: Add more jalapeños or hot sauce to increase the heat.
