Description

This rich and creamy tahini fudge is a no-bake, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free treat, naturally sweetened with maple syrup, infused with vanilla, and finished with crunchy walnuts. Perfect for clean-eating lifestyles and stored in the freezer for a satisfying indulgence anytime.


Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini (well-stirred)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Instructions

  1. Line a small loaf pan or container with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until completely smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm to the touch.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.
  7. Store the fudge squares in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Add a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom for warming spice.

Mix in cacao nibs or shredded coconut for extra texture.
