Description

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup white sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped into small pieces


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chopped Butterfinger pieces until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are set.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
