Description

A light, creamy whipped Greek yogurt that comes together in minutes with a smooth, airy texture and gentle sweetness. Perfect as a quick dessert, snack, or fruit dip.


Ingredients

1 cup whole-fat or 2% plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup cold heavy cream or whipping cream

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and optional salt to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
  2. Mix on low speed for about 20 seconds until the cream begins to blend with the yogurt.
  3. Increase the speed to high and whip for about 2 minutes.
  4. Stop and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
  5. Continue whipping for another 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth, fluffy, and forms soft peaks.
  6. Serve immediately for best texture, or transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

Notes

Use very cold heavy cream for the best fluffy texture.

Whole-fat Greek yogurt creates the richest result, but 2% works well.

Substitute honey for maple syrup for a different sweetness profile.

Add lemon zest for a brighter flavor or fold in fruit jam for variation.

Serve with fresh fruit, granola, graham crackers, or nuts for added texture.

Stir gently before serving if stored, as it may settle slightly.
