Description

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tsp lime zest

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp honey (optional for sweetness)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and honey (if using).
  2. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard excess. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and grill marks appear.
