Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
