Description

Banana Split Fluff is a creamy, fruity no-bake dessert salad packed with classic banana split flavors. It's quick to prepare, perfect for gatherings, and best served chilled.


Ingredients

1 (3.4 ounce) box instant banana pudding mix

1 (40 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed

2 cups miniature marshmallows

2 bananas, sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Maraschino cherries, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant banana pudding mix with the undrained crushed pineapple until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and creamy.
  3. Stir in the miniature marshmallows, sliced bananas, strawberries, chopped walnuts, and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish each serving with maraschino cherries before serving.

Notes

Substitute pecans for walnuts or omit nuts for a nut-free version.

Add diced maraschino cherries or shredded coconut for extra flavor.

Vanilla pudding mix can be used instead of banana pudding mix.

Serve with chocolate syrup or caramel sauce if desired.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; best enjoyed within 24–48 hours.

Do not freeze, as the texture may become watery after thawing.
