Description

A fun and creative twist on a classic fruit pizza, featuring a rich brownie base topped with fresh, colorful fruit and a creamy drizzle. Perfect for parties or as a dessert to impress!

Ingredients

1 box of brownie mix (or homemade brownies, prepared according to package or recipe instructions)

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (or as called for by the brownie mix)

2 eggs (or as called for by the brownie mix)

1/4 cup water (or as called for by the brownie mix)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon milk (or more if needed to adjust consistency)

Fresh fruit of your choice (e.g., strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, and pineapple)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large pizza pan or a round baking pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie base according to the package instructions (mixing the brownie mix with oil, eggs, and water).
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake according to the package instructions (typically 20-25 minutes) or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the brownie base to cool completely before topping.
  6. While the brownie cools, prepare the creamy topping. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  7. Gradually add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the cream cheese mixture reaches a spreadable consistency.
  8. Once the brownie base has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.
  9. Arrange your fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese layer, creating a colorful and vibrant pattern.
  10. Slice and serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for a chilled option.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free brownie mix.

If you prefer a lighter topping, swap out the cream cheese for Greek yogurt.

Feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations for a personalized touch.
