Description

Bubblegum Cloud Fudge is a colorful, creamy no-bake dessert made with white chocolate, marshmallows, bubblegum flavor, and rainbow sprinkles. Its playful swirls and candy-shop flavor make it perfect for parties and celebrations.


Ingredients

21¼ ounces white chocolate

¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

4½ ounces unsalted butter

1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 drops white food gel

3 drops pink food gel

1 cup mini marshmallows

¼ cup confetti rainbow sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 40-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Stir in the bubblegum flavoring and vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly between two bowls. Add white food gel to one bowl and pink food gel to the other.
  6. Lightly swirl the two mixtures together, then gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
  7. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the top with rainbow sprinkles.
  9. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  10. Lift from the pan, slice into 16 squares, and serve.

Notes

Use pastel sprinkles for a softer appearance.

Add extra mini marshmallows for a fluffier texture.

Swap the pink food gel for blue, purple, or yellow to match a party theme.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
