Ingredients
21¼ ounces white chocolate
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
4½ ounces unsalted butter
1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 drops white food gel
3 drops pink food gel
1 cup mini marshmallows
¼ cup confetti rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 40-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the bubblegum flavoring and vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two bowls. Add white food gel to one bowl and pink food gel to the other.
- Lightly swirl the two mixtures together, then gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the top with rainbow sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift from the pan, slice into 16 squares, and serve.
Notes
Use pastel sprinkles for a softer appearance.
Add extra mini marshmallows for a fluffier texture.
Swap the pink food gel for blue, purple, or yellow to match a party theme.
