Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the surface.
- Starting from the long edge, roll the pastry into a tight log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the rollups cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Serve warm, optionally with marinara or ranch for dipping.
Notes
Roll the pastry tightly to prevent unrolling during baking.
Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
