Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Roll-Ups are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture that I absolutely love. I find them perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even as a quick snack when I want something comforting and homemade. 8 slices of sandwich bread (crust removed)

4 oz (115g) cream cheese or Nutella (optional)

½ cup sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 eggs

¼ cup milk

Directions

I start by flattening each slice of bread with a rolling pin until thin and flexible. If I am using a filling, I spread a thin layer of cream cheese or Nutella evenly over each slice.
