Description

Cotton Candy Fudge is a colorful, creamy dessert with a sweet carnival-inspired flavor and a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Perfect for parties, gifting, or a fun homemade treat.

Ingredients

22 ounces white chocolate chips

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring, divided

1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon pink gel food coloring

1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon purple gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls.
  4. In one bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring and pink gel food coloring until evenly colored.
  5. In the second bowl, mix in the remaining flavoring and purple gel food coloring until evenly colored.
  6. Drop alternating spoonfuls of each mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Use a knife or spatula to gently swirl the colors into a marbled pattern.
  8. Place parchment paper on top and gently press to smooth the surface.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours or let set at room temperature for about 4 hours until firm.
  10. Lift from the pan, slice into squares, and serve.

Do not overuse flavoring to avoid overpowering sweetness.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Place parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
