Ingredients
1.5 to 2 pounds stew meat
1 ounce packet au jus mix
1 ounce packet brown gravy mix
1 ounce packet onion soup mix
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup water
1 cup beef broth
12 ounces egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Add the stew meat to the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix, au jus mix, and brown gravy mix over the meat. Add the diced onion.
- Pour in the water and beef broth, then stir everything together well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, stir the beef mixture and gently break up the chunks of beef.
- Stir in the cooked egg noodles until well combined.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
