Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 orange, peeled and quartered
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk or water
1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Roughly chop the banana and orange pieces.
- Add the banana, orange, Greek yogurt, and milk or water to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
- Add ice cubes for a colder and thicker texture, then blend briefly again.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
