Description

This Garlic Parmesan Beef & Spaghetti Pasta is a quick and flavorful meal perfect for busy weeknights. Made with ground beef, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and spaghetti, this dish comes together in just 20 minutes. The rich, savory flavors make it a comforting and satisfying option for the whole family.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz spaghetti

½ cup pasta water (reserved)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Lower the heat, add drained spaghetti to the skillet, and toss with the beef mixture.
  5. Make It Saucy: Stir in Parmesan cheese, reserved pasta water (a little at a time), and butter (if using). Mix until the pasta is well coated.
  6. Season & Serve: Add salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Add Veggies: Stir in spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra nutrients.

Protein Swap: Use ground turkey, chicken, or sausage instead of beef.

Pasta Options: Try fettuccine, penne, or zucchini noodles for variety.

Make It Spicy: Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.

Creamy Version: Stir in a splash of heavy cream for a richer texture.
