Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach, packed
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the almond milk to a high-speed blender.
- Layer in the fresh spinach, banana, frozen mango chunks, and Greek yogurt.
- Add the chia seeds and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Add the ice cubes for a thicker texture.
- Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
