Description
Maple Walnut Fudge is a rich, creamy no-bake treat made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, pure maple syrup, and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for holidays or as a nostalgic sweet indulgence.
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup maple syrup (preferably pure)
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon maple extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and maple syrup.
- Stir constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in maple extract (if using), salt, and 1 cup of chopped walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of walnuts on top and gently press them into the surface.
- Let the fudge cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 more hours until fully set.
- Once firm, slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Use pure maple syrup (Grade A amber or dark) for best flavor.
Can substitute walnuts with pecans or dried fruit.
No candy thermometer required.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
Let frozen fudge thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
