Description

A creamy, refreshing smoothie made with juicy peaches, bright orange juice, protein-rich Greek yogurt, and nutrient-packed chia seeds. This quick five-minute blend is naturally sweet, energizing, and perfect for breakfast or a light snack.


Ingredients

1 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice cubes

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)


Instructions

  1. Add the frozen peaches, orange juice, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken slightly before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt or replace yogurt with a frozen banana.
