Ingredients
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions
- Add the frozen peaches, orange juice, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
