Description

These Pineapple Strawberry Swirled Slushies are bright, fruity, and refreshing with tropical pineapple and sweet strawberry flavors blended into a colorful frozen drink. Perfect for warm days, they are quick to make and naturally sweetened.


Ingredients

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup pineapple juice or water

1 tablespoon honey, optional

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup strawberry juice or water

1 tablespoon honey, optional


Instructions

  1. Blend the frozen pineapple chunks with pineapple juice or water and honey, if using, until smooth and thick. Add a little extra liquid only if needed.
  2. Pour the pineapple slush into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Rinse the blender, then blend the frozen strawberries with strawberry juice or water and honey, if using, until smooth and thick.
  4. Spoon the pineapple and strawberry slush into tall glasses in alternating layers.
  5. Gently swirl the layers with a spoon or straw to create a marbled look.
  6. Serve immediately while frozen and refreshing.

Notes

Use coconut water instead of juice for a lighter flavor.

Add a squeeze of lime juice for a brighter citrus taste.

Blend in a splash of coconut milk for a creamier texture.

Freeze leftovers in an airtight container and re-blend with a splash of juice or water before serving.

For vegan slushies, replace honey with maple syrup or agave.
