Description

This Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark is a no-bake dessert that perfectly balances sweet, salty, and crunchy. Ingredients

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

8 oz pretzels

11 oz Kraft caramels

2 tablespoons heavy cream

Sea salt, for sprinkling


Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each.

  3. Spread about two-thirds of the melted chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Top the chocolate with pretzels, pressing them gently into the chocolate.

  5. Melt the Kraft caramels and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  6. Drizzle the caramel mixture evenly over the pretzels.

  7. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel-covered pretzels.

  8. Sprinkle sea salt over the top, then let it chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or until set. Alternatively, it can set at room temperature for 2 hours.

  9. Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

To enjoy cold bark at room temperature again, remove it from the fridge 15-20 minutes before serving.
