Description

A decadent dessert combining a fluffy, moist cake with a creamy cheesecake swirl and fresh strawberry flavor, this Strawberry Cheesecake Bundt Cake is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 box of vanilla cake mix

1 cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the pureed strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Carefully spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cake batter, spreading it evenly.
  7. Pour the remaining cake batter over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Use a butter knife to swirl the two batters together, creating a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Once cooled, dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar.
