Description

Creamy, fruity, and naturally sweet, these Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are a refreshing and healthy treat made with Greek yogurt, strawberries, and a touch of honey or maple syrup. Perfect for snacking, desserts, or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with silicone liners or use parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin or drop onto the baking sheet in small, bite-sized rounds.
  5. If using, sprinkle granola on top of each bite.
  6. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Once frozen, pop them out and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Swap strawberries for blueberries, raspberries, or mango for variety.

For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup.

Add peanut butter or mini chocolate chips for a fun twist.

Best enjoyed straight from the freezer, but can sit out for 1 minute for creamier texture.

Use thawed and drained frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren't available.
