Description

Light, fluffy, and naturally infused with vibrant strawberry flavor, this strawberry whipped cream is a quick and easy topping for desserts, pancakes, and fruit. Made with just four ingredients and ready in 10 minutes, it's a wholesome and customizable alternative to store-bought whipped cream.


Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

2 tbsp powdered sugar (or more to taste)

1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Place the mixing bowl and beaters (or whisk attachment) in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to chill.
  2. Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and whip on medium speed until it begins to thicken.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  4. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overbeat.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Re-whip lightly before serving if needed.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut cream for a dairy-free version.

Increase powdered sugar to 3 tbsp for a sweeter version.

Add lemon or orange zest for a citrus twist.

Mix in cocoa powder for a chocolate-strawberry variation.

Include a hint of basil or mint for herbal flavor.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Re-whip before serving if needed.
