Description

Ultimate Loaded Nachos are a quick and satisfying appetizer loaded with crispy tortilla chips, melted cheddar and mozzarella, seasoned ground beef, black beans, and fresh toppings. Perfect for game days, parties, or an easy family snack.

Ingredients

1 large bag tortilla chips

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup guacamole

1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange a single layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
  3. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the chips.
  4. Top with the cooked seasoned ground beef, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Scatter the sliced jalapeños evenly over the nachos.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and add dollops of sour cream and guacamole.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, season with salt if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Swap the ground beef for shredded chicken or seasoned turkey if desired.

For a vegetarian version, replace the beef with extra beans or sautéed vegetables.

Add black olives, corn, bell peppers, cilantro, salsa, or hot sauce for extra flavor.

Use pepper jack or Monterey Jack cheese for a spicier variation.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
