Description

A quick and creamy vegan chocolate spread made with just four simple ingredients. Naturally sweet and silky, it’s perfect for breakfast, snacks, or drizzling over treats.


Ingredients

100 ml white sesame tahini

80 ml oat milk or water

10 g cacao powder

25 ml maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Add the tahini to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in the cacao powder and maple syrup until slightly thickened.
  3. Gradually pour in the oat milk or water while whisking continuously.
  4. Whisk until the mixture becomes smooth, glossy, and creamy.
  5. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Add more cacao powder for a richer chocolate flavor.

Increase maple syrup for extra sweetness.

Add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon for variation.

Adjust oat milk to control thickness.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and stir before use.
