Fresh, crunchy, and just salty enough, these Crispy Cucumber Feta Wraps are a perfect balance of flavors. The toasted exterior gives a delightful crunch, while the cool cucumber and creamy feta provide a refreshing contrast. Whether you're looking for a light lunch or a satisfying snack, this recipe hits all the right notes.

Crispy Cucumber Feta Wraps

Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas or wraps

½ cup (100 g) crumbled feta cheese

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

¼ cup (60 g) Greek yogurt

1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: baby spinach or arugula

(Tip: You'll find the full list of ingredients and measurements in the recipe card below.)

Directions

In a small bowl, I mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to make a quick herby spread.

I spread a generous layer of this yogurt mixture over each tortilla.

Next, I layer cucumber slices, crumbled feta, and optional leafy greens like baby spinach or arugula over the bottom half of the wrap.

I fold and roll the wrap tightly, making sure everything stays in place.

Then, I toast the wrap on a skillet over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes per side, until it's golden and crispy.

Finally, I slice the wrap and serve immediately.

Servings and Timing

Storage/Reheating

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh, but if you need to store leftovers, I recommend wrapping them tightly in plastic wrap or foil and storing them in the fridge for up to 1 day. To reheat, place them in a skillet over medium heat for a minute or two on each side to crisp them up again. This way, they stay nice and crunchy!

FAQs

How can I make this recipe gluten-free?

If you're following a gluten-free diet, I recommend using gluten-free tortillas or wraps. The rest of the ingredients are naturally gluten-free, so you can still enjoy all the delicious flavors!

Can I use a different cheese instead of feta?

Absolutely! If you're not a fan of feta, you can substitute it with goat cheese, ricotta, or even a shredded mozzarella for a different twist.

Can I make these wraps ahead of time?

While these wraps are best served fresh, you can prepare the ingredients ahead of time and assemble the wraps when you're ready to eat. The yogurt spread and cucumber can be prepped in advance and stored in the fridge.

Can I add protein to the wraps?

Yes, adding some grilled chicken, turkey, or even hummus can make these wraps more filling. It’s a great way to boost the protein content while keeping it fresh and light.

Are there any other veggies I can add to the wraps?

For a more colorful and nutritious wrap, try adding other veggies like shredded carrots, bell peppers, or even avocado. These additions will complement the cucumber and feta perfectly.

Conclusion

Crispy Cucumber Feta Wraps are one of those recipes that are not only super quick to prepare but also packed with fresh and vibrant flavors. Whether I'm craving a light lunch or just something to snack on, these wraps are my go-to. They are crispy on the outside, cool and creamy on the inside, and totally satisfying. It's a perfect combination that I find myself making over and over again.
