Ingredients
2 shots espresso
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup oat milk
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Brew the espresso shots and pour them into a shaker or a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
- Fill a serving glass with fresh ice.
- Pour the shaken espresso mixture into the glass.
- Top with oat milk and stir gently before serving.
Notes
Substitute maple syrup for brown sugar for a different sweetness profile.
Add a pinch of nutmeg or pumpkin spice for extra warmth.
Use almond, soy, or coconut milk instead of oat milk if preferred.
Add an extra shot of espresso for a stronger coffee flavor.
Best enjoyed immediately after preparation for maximum frothiness.
Store the espresso mixture refrigerated for up to 24 hours and add fresh ice and oat milk before serving.
