Description
These Chocolate Cherry Frozen Yogurt Bon Bons are a simple, no-bake treat with a creamy cherry yogurt center and a smooth chocolate shell. They are refreshing, lightly sweet, and perfect for a quick frozen dessert.
Ingredients
¼ cup extra virgin coconut oil, measured solid then melted
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
20 to 30 liquid stevia drops
½ heaping cup black cherry yogurt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and stevia until smooth.
- Fill each cavity of a small silicone mold or ice cube tray with about 2 teaspoons of yogurt, filling slightly over three-quarters full.
- Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture over each portion of yogurt until fully covered.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until completely set.
- Remove from the mold and serve immediately while frozen.
Notes
You can substitute black cherry yogurt with strawberry, raspberry, or vanilla yogurt.
Maple syrup or honey can be used instead of stevia, adjusting to taste.
Add chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips on top for extra texture.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks with parchment between layers.
Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating if too firm.
