Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Combine the brown sugar, sugar, butter, and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a full boil.
- Continue boiling for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter and mini marshmallows.
- Mix until the marshmallows melt completely and the fudge becomes smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Let the fudge cool at room temperature until firm, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Add chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
Swirl melted chocolate into the fudge before it sets for a chocolate-peanut butter variation.
Sprinkle flaky salt on top for a sweet and salty finish.
