Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup diced jalapeños
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika until fully blended.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Dip each ball into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with crushed tortilla chips or breadcrumbs.
