Description

This Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos Box combines crispy cinnamon sugar tortilla chips with a fluffy cheesecake dip and sweet strawberry topping for a fun and shareable dessert. Every bite delivers a delicious mix of crunchy texture, creamy cheesecake flavor, and fruity sweetness.

Ingredients

6 small flour tortillas, cut into triangles

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup fresh or canned strawberry pie filling

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Fresh strawberry slices, optional

Melted chocolate or caramel, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the tortilla triangles with melted butter.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle generously over the tortilla pieces.
  4. Arrange the tortilla triangles on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to create a fluffy cheesecake dip.
  7. Stir the strawberry pie filling with the optional vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  8. Arrange the cinnamon sugar chips in a serving box or platter. Spoon the cheesecake dip into a small bowl or section and place the strawberry topping beside it.
  9. Top with optional fresh strawberry slices and drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel before serving.

Notes

Store tortilla chips separately in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days to keep them crispy.

Refrigerate the cheesecake dip and strawberry topping in sealed containers for up to 3 days.

Swap the strawberry topping for blueberry, cherry, or raspberry pie filling for different flavors.

Add crushed graham crackers for a classic cheesecake-inspired topping.

Warm the tortilla chips briefly in the oven before serving again to refresh their crisp texture.
