Cherry Cheesecake Dip is a creamy, sweet, no-bake dessert I make when I want classic cheesecake flavor without baking a full cheesecake. I spread a fluffy cream cheese filling into a dish, top it with glossy cherry pie filling, and serve it chilled with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit.

Cherry Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

(Tip: You'll find the full list of ingredients and measurements in the recipe card below.)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz whipped topping, thawed

21 oz cherry pie filling

Graham crackers, for serving

Vanilla wafers, for serving

Directions

I beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.

I fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fully combined and fluffy.

I spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into a serving dish.

I spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and spread it gently.

I chill the dip for at least 1 hour before serving.

I serve it with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit.

Variations

I sometimes swap the cherry pie filling for strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, or mixed berry topping.

I also like adding a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers on top for a cheesecake crust flavor. For extra richness, I can drizzle a little chocolate sauce over the cherry layer before serving.

Storage/Reheating

I store Cherry Cheesecake Dip covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

I do not reheat this dip because it is meant to be served chilled. Before serving leftovers, I give it a gentle stir only if the layers have softened too much.
