This 3-Minute Fudge is my go-to recipe for when I want something quick, delicious, and super satisfying. It's incredibly creamy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness with a perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. It’s a simple, no-bake treat that will curb my sweet tooth in no time!

3-Minute Fudge

Ingredients

(Tip: You'll find the full list of ingredients and measurements in the recipe card below.)

1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

1 cup chocolate chips

¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)

Directions

In a microwave-safe bowl, I combine the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.

I microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until everything is fully melted and smooth.

Once melted, I stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired.

I then pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan and spread it evenly.

To set the fudge, I refrigerate it for at least 1 hour or until firm.

Once it’s firm, I cut the fudge into small squares and enjoy!

Storage/Reheating

I store the leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It keeps well for up to a week, though it never lasts that long in my house! If I want to make it last longer, I can freeze it for up to a month. To thaw, I just leave it in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for a bit.

Reheating isn’t necessary, but if I want to warm it slightly for a melt-in-your-mouth experience, I can microwave it for just a few seconds.

FAQs

Can I use almond butter instead of peanut butter?

Yes, I can substitute almond butter for peanut butter, though it will slightly change the flavor and texture of the fudge. It’s a great option if I’m looking for a different taste or have peanut allergies.

Can I use dark chocolate chips?

Absolutely! If I prefer a more intense chocolate flavor, I can use dark chocolate chips. It will give the fudge a richer taste, which can be a great balance to the sweetness of the condensed milk.

How do I make the fudge firmer?

If I want my fudge to be firmer, I can reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk a little or refrigerate it for a longer period. I can also try adding a little more chocolate to the mixture.

Can I add mix-ins to the fudge?

Yes! I love adding crushed nuts, mini marshmallows, or even a bit of crushed cookies to the fudge for an extra texture. Just fold them in after the fudge mixture is fully melted.

Can I double the recipe?

Of course! If I need to make a bigger batch, I can easily double the recipe. Just use a larger pan, and make sure to adjust the refrigeration time if needed.

Conclusion

This 3-Minute Fudge is my go-to recipe whenever I’m craving something sweet and want it fast. It’s creamy, chocolatey, and peanut buttery – everything I love in a dessert. Plus, it’s super customizable, whether I want to try different nut butters or add fun mix-ins. I’m sure I’ll keep making this treat for years to come!
