Variations

I sometimes use frozen mango or strawberries with the peaches for a mixed-fruit slush. I can also swap honey for maple syrup or leave it out if the lemonade is already sweet enough. For a creamier version, I add a splash of coconut milk.

Storage/Reheating

I like serving this slush right away because it has the best icy texture fresh from the blender. If I have leftovers, I freeze them in a covered container, then blend again with a splash of lemonade before serving.

FAQs

Yes, I can use fresh peaches, but I add extra ice to keep the drink thick and slushy.
